Residential Apartment Landscape for Elite Neptune, is with an approach to maximise community spaces with variety of choices for the residents. The residential landscape here looks at set backs, cental marginal space between the two bloks, common open plot and space at the hollow plinth level as a “unnified” space for landscape intervention, wherein the design tries to manipulate these spaces into multipurpose and flexible spaces. Flooring pattern explores strategies for demarcation of the functions – programatically as well as spatially, while the elements of planting, water and seating, with varied compositions create spaces for residents to sit, play and relax.
