The landscape design for the podium of this residential apartment project plays a crucial role in enhancing the high-rise living experience. Located on the first-floor plane, this elevated space is free from vehicle traffic, offering a seamless extension of community amenities such as the gym, lounge, banquet hall, and library, which spill over into this central communal area connecting the two residential blocks.

Designed as a precursor to modern luxury living in the suburban environment of Gandhinagar, the podium incorporates a walking trail, a central lawn, children’s play areas, and comfortable seating zones. Privacy for the two residential units on the same level is thoughtfully maintained through strategic planting, which acts as a natural screen.

The community experience begins at the ground floor level, with a welcoming entrance plaza that creates a sense of arrival and directs residents and visitors towards parking facilities, located on both the ground floor and basement levels. This journey culminates at the podium on the first floor, a social hub for residents.
