Questioning Landscape “type” for residential apartments, Avant became an avant-garde project for us. Rethinking apartment landscape as something which is very natural, raw, wild, true, rather than finished, manicured, and artificial. An evolved Eco – living project, where landscape becomes so important part of living rather the just opting for the unit. The landscape design here is an attempt to change the perception of the residential landscape in real estate of the city.
