A plotted development scheme, spread over 48 acres in Phase 1, master plan by HCP, and house design by HCP, HPA and Studio 99, the landscape design here demanded variations for each “type” of the architecture.

Designed for weekend use, the landscape also uses “type” as a design process. Three fundamental uses for a weekend home- Personal, Party and Productive. These three uses become “type” for the landscape design concepts, as each unit explores these three uses along with combination of the same. The three “type” also vary as per the seasonal changes, bringing in variations in the planting palette and providing experiential  differences to the user.

The project also consists landscape design for community gardens, avenues and the club with a large lake, which becomes the central identity of the project “Swan Lake”.
